About our services

Technical Bureau "MREC" has been operating in the engineering field since 2008, delivering the full range of works on real estate, land plots and construction objects with a team of certified engineers, land surveyors, valuers and architects.

We provide BTI services, technical inspection of buildings, legalization of unauthorized construction, expert and normative valuation, design and estimate documentation, land management and property rights registration support.

We prepare official documentation: BTI technical passports, valuation reports and construction designs. EDESSB or SPFU registration and expert review are included where the applicable procedure requires them.

We operate in Mykolaiv, the Mykolaiv and Kherson regions, and across Ukraine — on-site visits and document delivery via Nova Poshta.
