Mykolaiv Regional Engineering Center (MREC) is a Ukrainian engineering consultancy established in 2008. Our land surveyors identify the records, measurements and cadastral documentation required for your plot and the wider project.
Establish the required land-documentation work
We begin by reviewing the available land records. A plot may need initial cadastral registration, an update to its records, additional boundary measurements or simply an extract from existing data. The scope is based on the actual documentation rather than assuming a new cadastral number is always necessary.
International owners, developers and local project teams can commission this work as part of preparing a building site, reviewing a property or changing land use in Ukraine.
Land surveying, documentation and cadastral registration
- Review existing title or use records and cadastral information.
- Determine whether surveying or boundary clarification is needed.
- Prepare the applicable land-management documentation.
- Support submission and coordination within the State Land Cadastre procedure.
- Hand over the resulting documents or cadastral extract within the agreed scope.
Connect land records with the wider project
Cadastral information identifies the plot and its registered characteristics; it does not replace proof of ownership or confirm that a development proposal is permitted. We coordinate the land-documentation scope with the relevant territorial planning and land-use work.
Initial records can be reviewed remotely. Fieldwork is arranged according to the site and data requirements. Official documents follow Ukrainian procedures.
Scope, deliverables and quotation
We agree responsibilities, deliverables and review stages with your organisation or lead consultant before starting. Our work follows Ukrainian standards. Reports can be prepared in English upon request. Documents submitted to Ukrainian authorities follow the applicable language and format requirements.
The quotation defines the report and drawing formats, any editable files or signed copies, and the included coordination. The fee depends on record completeness, plot area, required surveying, document preparation and the applicable cadastral procedure. We confirm the delivery schedule after reviewing the inputs and site access; any authority review has its own timetable.
How to commission this service
Email your organisation name, project objective, preferred schedule and available information: plot location and approximate area, cadastral number if present, title or lease records, older plans or state acts and the purpose of the project.
Attach your project brief or terms of reference, including any procurement requirements and the role you need MREC to undertake. We review the inputs and return a proposed scope and quotation. Our office is in Mykolaiv; site work across Ukraine is agreed according to access and the assignment.
