Expert land valuation is the process of determining the market value of a land plot. The market value and valuation of land depends on many factors, such as the location of the plot, its size, and the market demand for land plots in the given region.

Expert real estate appraisal is a necessary service for legal entities and individuals for many legal, notarial, and financial arrangements and operations. The main purpose of this service is to determine the market (appraised) value of real estate as of the date of assessment. Real estate appraisal includes:
