About our services

MREC has worked in engineering since 2008. International project owners and consultants can commission a defined local assessment, design or planning package for projects in Ukraine.

Our services include structural and war-damage assessments, accessibility audits, energy audits, roof assessments for solar PV, construction design and cost estimates, municipal master plans, detailed territorial plans and land reclamation documentation.

Our work follows Ukrainian standards. We agree responsibilities, inputs, deliverables, file formats, review stages, timing and fees before starting.

Technical inventory and BTI passports, property valuation and cadastral records support the wider project where required. Email your organisation, project location, objective and available terms of reference. Site visits across Ukraine are agreed according to access and scope.
