If you hold a land-share certificate or related documents, we check which land management work is needed for the individual plot. The documentation depends on the existing legal basis. Land-share registration and privatization of a house plot are different situations.

What is a cadastral number?
A cadastral number is the unique identifier assigned to a registered land plot in Ukraine’s State Land Cadastre. The associated cadastral record describes the plot’s boundaries, area, location and other registered characteristics.
Older land documents may not contain a cadastral number. If one is missing, Technical Bureau MREC checks the existing title and cadastral information and identifies the documentation needed to register the plot. A cadastral number does not itself replace proof of ownership.

Cost and turnaround
The service starts at UAH 7,500. The indicative overall period is 10–30 working days, depending on the plot, surveying scope, document availability and administrative processing. The government registration stage is separate from the time needed for our surveying and documentation work.
